Family Ministry at Mayflower

Sunday morning, the littlest ones can go to the nursery downstairs (but we love having them in the service!).


Kids in K through 5th Grade stay with their families in the sanctuary. Each child gets a worship sheet, so they can follow the singing, the prayers, and the sermon. We want them in the room, hearing the same Word.


After the gathering, families take home a devotional from that Sunday's passage. Read it at the table. Let the week at home keep the text we opened together.

Nursery story. Little ones hear the same Sunday text in words they can hold. Nursery workers use a short picture story, a simple refrain, and a brief prayer.

A take-home from Sunday's passage. Two printed editions: from the nursery, and a text edition in the foyer. Read. Pray. Sing. About ten minutes at the table. Same Word the church heard.
