Between Sundays is the weekly letter from Mayflower Church. It arrives every Thursday, and it is short on purpose.
Three things are in it every week.
- This Sunday. The sermon title and the passage we will open, with one sentence on where it is headed.
- This week. Two or three things that would change your household calendar. Not the whole calendar.
- One next step. A single thing worth doing before Sunday.
That is the whole letter. It is not a bulletin, and it is not a second sermon.
We gather on the Lord's Day. This update is for the days in between, so that nobody has to guess what is coming or wonder whether they missed something. Whether you have been at Mayflower for years or have never once walked through the doors, it is written for you.
Why the letter moved. It used to go out through Mailchimp. It comes from our own site now. Three plain reasons: Mailchimp is expensive, it is not simple to use, and it kept sign-ups in a system separate from our website, so anyone who wanted to hear from the church had to go somewhere else to ask.
What you get out of that is simpler than the explanation. One place. The letter is here, past letters stay here, and signing up happens here.
If you already receive email from us, you are already on the list. Nothing to do, and no need to sign up again. If you are not on the list yet, sign up here:
Grateful for you,
Pastor Anton
